I have a 6.5 inch wrist and would love to see some pictures of the watch on the wrist of someone with actually the same exact wrist size.In comparison, I find the Rolex 36mm Explorer (with a lug-to-lug that's even shorter than the BB54, 44.5mm vs 46mm) not as "small" as it looks, because it has an almost "full" dial with enlarged numeral, extended baton markers, and a thin bezel rim only. I would opt for 58 over 54 in principle. But, again, this is entirely personal preference.

I think 44 is too big for a 7 inch wrist, and really favor smaller rather than larger, if given the choice, with 38-42 a very suitable range for most .
